Brian and I really haven’t been anywhere since we went with Carly and Mike to Kansas City last year (http://augustblogger.typepad.com/my_weblograndom8654/2011/04/index.html), so we were excited to help Casey and Tony move to Boise. We spent 4 days driving to Idaho…through the Badlands, Yellowstone, Tetons and finally to Boise. Tony and Casey are master travel agents and they had everything planned out to a “t”! We still had the opportunity to veer off the path a bit and each night managed to end up at a nice motel, have a great meal, and get a well needed good night’s sleep!
The first day we were in Boise we went to the capitol building. Let me tell you, it was pretty impressive. We spent some time downtown as well, and it didn’t take long to get the feel of this very colorful, artsy, and super friendly town! Here are a few captures from the day:
These photos are amazing! I had a lot of fun and miss you so much!
