I have such fond memories of trains and these tracks. My dad worked for the railroad for over 40 years, and all of my life he worked in Cold Spring. We had so much fun “helping” dad at his office, running errands for him, playing in the depot, on the trains and walking the tracks. Great memories! It’s kind of sad to see these old tracks go, but am still happy to see them making progress and cleaning up parts of Cold Spring! Such fun to recall my growing up days!
