YEP. I’M A STALKER...
Got the ladder. Leaned it up against the fence. Climbed up with my camera. And totally stalk photographed my neighbors. It’s true. I am a certified stalker!
Well, certainly there is more to this story. I hope you don’t REALLY believe that I stalk my neighbors (no comment, Mr. Kinzer!)
The real story is this:
Some friends of ours bought the house next door, but they do not live around here. They did get pictures of the inside of the house from the realtor, but not many of the outside. They won’t be here until July, and they just wanted to see what the outside of their new house looked like, so I agreed to go take some shots!
So, don’t be so quick to judge my stalking habits!!! It was for a very good cause!
(And I hope none of the other neighbors saw me…)

Well I’m changing things up a bit today and I hope it is ok with all of you! I am posting a picture I took last weekend (yes, because I did not have a picture for today) so I decided to try to use it as a way to ask you a question about it. Maybe someone will have an answer for me!
Take a look at this picture…
Often times I will take a picture that is “crooked” (thanks to PS I can “fix” it!)
But in this picture I am confused. If you notice, the smokestacks on the right lean to the left, and the power poles on the left, lean to the right. What’s up with that? Is that odd? I can’t seem to figure it out! Anybody know what’s going on here?
If you’ve got any answers for me let me know! It’s kind of driving me crazy!!!

I really wish I could have gotten this shot in a wide open area where there were no trees or anything obstructing the view. As far as I could see there was a wall cloud in the sky to the west, parallel to the earth. It looked almost intimidating as it was closer to the ground, but the upper part was filled with white puffy clouds! It really looked cool! Did anyone else see it? I wanted to drive toward Paynesville where there is that open area (after you get past Fellings), but I would have been quite late for work if I had done that, so I took it where I could and hoped for the best. Oh well. I’m still glad I got the picture anyway.

UP NORTH…
Carly and I spent the day north of Nisswa at our good friend, Sara’s, baby shower. It was a most perfect day for traveling and the bright sun and fresh snow made absolutely beautiful scenery!!! I could have spent the whole day just walking around taking pictures, but the reason we were there was for Sara…and what a fun time that was!!!
Lord…everything you’ve created is so marvelous! Thank you, and please know that I do give glory to you as I look around me…especially when I’m in the beautiful northern Minnesota woods!!!
